When something goes wrong?

We have our own onsite watchmaker to help make it right.

Twelve month warranty service.

Watches bought from Atlantic Trading Company are guaranteed for twelve months from the date of purchase from the retailer. Please make sure you have a stamped Warranty Card and a receipt on purchase.

Within this period repair service is available without charge against defects in the watch movement, and band materials. If your watch stops working without reason, or the band falters you may send it to us for warranty repair. Normal wear and tear of the band or decorative features is not covered by this guarantee.

PLEASE NOTE: This guarantee does not cover battery, glass, band or gold or silver plating. Fashion watches and other watches that are not marked water resistant are not covered for moisture or water damage.

All goods to be repaired under warranty MUST be accompanied by the original guarantee card with the date of purchase clearly indicated and endorsed by the retailer. You must include $8.00 to cover registered return postage and handling. Transportation costs to our warehouse are the responsibility of the owner.

We do our best at all times to provide high quality service to our customers but in the event that we cannot repair your watch we reserve the right to replace it with a new watch or the same or similar model.
